Can your driver drive my rental car?
Yes, provided your rental agreement allows an additional driver. Most agencies add one at the counter for a small fee and will ask for the driver’s licence and identity details, which we provide. Check with your agency before you book, so nothing is left to sort out on the day.
Is the driver insured to drive my vehicle?
Our drivers hold a professional Moroccan driving licence. The vehicle itself stays covered by its own insurance, yours or the rental agency’s, which is why a rental must list our driver as an additional driver. If you are unsure what your policy covers, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what to ask.
What does it cost?
It depends on the hours, the distance and whether the driver needs to travel back or stay overnight, so we quote each request individually on WhatsApp. The quote is fixed before you confirm and does not change on the day. Fuel, tolls and parking are for the car; the price covers the driver.
Which languages does the driver speak?
English and French, and several of our drivers also speak Spanish and German. Tell us your preference when you ask for a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially in high season and for multi-day trips. If a driver is free, short notice works too, so ask.
Can the driver stay with us for several days?
Yes. For road trips across Morocco in your own car the driver travels with you, and his accommodation and return are agreed in the quote so there are no surprises.
What if I cancel?
