1. About Us

Just Luxury Transfers is a private chauffeur and excursion company registered and operating in Morocco, headquartered in Agadir (Secteur 2, N° 124, Cité El Houda, Agadir 80000). We provide premium door-to-door transfers, airport pickups, and curated day excursions throughout the Kingdom of Morocco.

2. Booking Process

All bookings are made as requests. Submitting a booking form on our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an explicit written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email.

• —We aim to confirm all booking requests within 2 hours of submission.
• —For requests made outside business hours, confirmation will be provided the following morning.
• —You are responsible for providing accurate journey details. We are not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information supplied at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are estimates based on standard routes and vehicle categories. A final confirmed price is provided at the time of booking confirmation.

• —All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made in MAD, EUR, or USD at the applicable exchange rate.
• —Payment is made directly to your driver or via bank transfer as agreed with our team. We do not process payments online.
• —Prices are inclusive of the vehicle, fuel, driver, and standard tolls. Extras such as significant detours or waiting time beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges agreed in advance.
• —Custom route pricing and fleet inquiry quotes are provided individually and subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

• —Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed departure time. A 30-minute waiting allowance is included for airport pickups (tracked against live flight data). Standard pickups include a 10-minute waiting allowance.
• —Luggage is limited to what can reasonably fit in the booked vehicle. For oversized or excess luggage, please inform us at the time of booking.
• —Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Behaviour that endangers the driver or other passengers may result in termination of the journey without refund.
• —Eating, smoking, and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted without prior agreement.
• —Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.

6. Limitation of Liability

Just Luxury Transfers shall not be liable for:

• —Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• —Missed flights, connections, or appointments resulting from delays beyond our control.
• —Loss or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or valuables during the journey. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
• —Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Our maximum liability in respect of any single booking is limited to the total amount paid for that specific service.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, border closures, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit note as appropriate.

8. Excursions

Curated excursions include private transport and guide services as specified in the individual excursion description. Unless stated, entrance fees to sites, meals, and personal expenses are not included.

• —Itineraries may be adjusted for safety or operational reasons. We will inform you of any significant changes in advance.
• —Participation is at the client's own risk. Clients with health conditions that may be aggravated by certain activities should inform us prior to booking.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agadir, Morocco.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
