The night before
We confirm your pick-up time and the exact address by message, so nothing is unresolved when you wake up. If your accommodation is down a street a car cannot enter, we agree that evening where we will meet instead, rather than working it out in the morning.

Pick-up
The driver arrives at the agreed time, at your door where the street allows it. He takes the bags. Boards come with you, and a sandy wet board bag is expected rather than a problem. Child seats are already fitted if you told us the ages.

The drive
185 km, around 2h 45min, across the plain west of Marrakech and through argan country to the Atlantic. One comfort stop is included and you choose when it happens. Nobody else is collected on the way, and the car is air conditioned, with bottled water.

Marrakech to Essaouira Transfer

When the other options are the better call
For one or two people travelling in daylight with a suitcase each, the coach is a good, cheap way to make this journey and we would not argue with it. The private car makes sense when the arithmetic or the timing changes: three or more people splitting one price, a flight landing at Menara at an hour no coach serves, or a riad where a car at the agreed time is worth more than the fare saved.
