Before you fly
You will have your driver's name and a WhatsApp thread with us. Nothing about the arrival is left to be worked out on the day, and the price you agreed is the price. If your children need seats, tell us their ages at booking and the right baby or booster seat is fitted in the car before you land, free.

You do not need to talk to any of them, and you do not need to be rude about it either. Your driver is standing in that hall holding a printed board with your name on it. Look for the board, not for a person. If you cannot see it within a minute or two, stop walking, open WhatsApp and message us, and we will tell you exactly where he is standing. That is a normal message to send and we get them every week.

Modern, air conditioned, clean, and it is yours alone. Nobody else is sharing it, and the driver is not picking anyone else up on the way. He takes the bags. Your children’s seats are already fitted. There is bottled water.

The drive
245 km, around 2h 45min. This is a long journey and we will not pretend it is a short one. Air conditioned, one vehicle, no changes, and a comfort stop on the way that you choose the timing of. If you want to stop somewhere specific, tell the driver at the start rather than halfway.

To your riad, hotel or apartment. If you are staying inside the Medina, cars cannot reach most riad doors, so the driver takes you to the nearest gate or derb entrance and waits with you until someone from the riad comes out to meet you. That waiting is part of the job, not a favour. In Gueliz, Hivernage or the Palmeraie he takes you straight to the door.

Paying, and the return leg
You pay at the end, cash in euros or dirham, or you paid online in advance. You do not need to have found an ATM to get out of the airport. If you booked the return at the same time, we confirm the pick-up by message the evening before, including the early ones. A 05:00 departure for a 07:00 flight is normal work for us, not a favour, and you can go to sleep knowing it is confirmed.

When the other options are the better call
This is a long intercity journey and the coach is genuinely good value: CTM and Supratours run comfortable air-conditioned services on this corridor and if you are one or two people travelling in daylight with normal luggage, the fare difference is significant. Book us when the arithmetic changes: a group of four or more splitting one fixed vehicle price, an arrival time that no coach serves, luggage that a hold will not take, or a schedule that cannot absorb a missed departure. We will also stop where you want on the way, which no coach will do.
