Spring (March–May) is ideal: snowmelt and winter rain keep the pools full and the palms lush. Autumn is also pleasant. By late summer some pools can be low after the dry season.
Best time of day
Arrive in the morning to enjoy the pools before the midday crowds and heat, especially on weekends.
